Sulzer offers one of the most all-inclusive ranges of submersible pumps available on the market. Sulzer’s submersible pump line can be used within Domestic & Commercial properties, light weight dewatering pumps for construction and a heavy duty range of wastewater pumps suitable for handling high concentrations of rag and solids in Industrial applications.

One of Sulzer's extensive range of submersible pumps is the Type ABS AFP. This pump is water pressure tight to encapsulate flood-proof motors in standard or explosion proof version with optional jacket cooking systems. The Type ABS-AFP is suitable for both wet installation and for vertical and horizontal dry well arrangements. Sulzer has also incorporated hydraulics with closed or open mulitvane and skew type impellers that are suitable for handling clear water or polluted water, as well as for sewage containing solids and sludge.
